At Joseph Giovanni, we take pride in the love and attention we give to each piece of jewelry we make, and we want you to be happy with your purchase, now and in the years to come. That's why we offer a "Forever in Bloom" lifetime care and maintenance policy. Let us know if your brooch needs polishing, your earring needs a replacement back stopper, or any other small repair your jewelry needs, so you can continue wearing the Giovanni piece you love.


Most items, except special orders requiring customization, repair or modification, are processed within 7 business days once we receive your order. If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us to make sure there is enough time to have your item processed and delivered on time.

We offer free Fedex Express shipping within the continental U.S and to Canada. Fedex usually delivers your items in 5-10 business days after shipping. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number from us as soon as your item has been sent. For faster delivery, please choose Overnight Shipping. The fee for Overnight Shipping is $35. Please keep in mind selecting overnight shipping does not guarantee delivery of your item by a specific date, as the item has to be processed and prepared for shipping first. It is really important that you contact us to make sure there is enough time to have your item processed and delivered on time, If you need your items by a certain date.

We offer a lifetime care and maintenance policy on every item purchased from us. Please let us know about any concerns about your jewelry and we will do our best to take care of it. If your Giovanni jewelry needs care or repair, or if you would like a modification or customization, please contact us first. We are not just an online retailer, we are designers and jewelers, and we directly oversee the manufacturing process. We are happy to offer to our customers, free of charge, minor repairs and care, such as fixing bent earring posts, polishing, replacing missing earring backs - just email or call us to let us know about your needs:

We accept refunds and exchanges. Please read below our return and refund policy:


Our return policy is 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Please send the item back to us with your receipt or proof of purchase, and email us a notice of return along with the tracking # from the mail carrier.

Important: please send the item back with a trackable, secure method. We strongly encourage shipping with insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or mail.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Please note it may take severak weeks or a billing cycle for your bank to post your refund.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $20 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
